ADULTS JIU JITSU CLASSES

Every weekday 6am, 11:30am, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm
Saturdays at 11:45am

PROGRAM GOALS:
Increase general understanding of Jiu jitsu and self defense
Learn self-discipline and build confidence
Develop respect for instructors and peers
Improve coordination and agility

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
Overview of all positions and situations Comprehensive instruction of beginner and intermediate techniques
Introduction to advanced Jiu jitsu techniques
Detailed explanation of core concepts and ideas
Coordination drills and interactive games
Sparring and positional training
Self defense

BELT RANK:
Fundamentals -White belts
Beginners - White belts up to 3 stripes
Intermediate/Advanced - White belts 3
stripes up to black belt

KIDS JIU JITSU FOR AGES 3-6

Beginners and intermediate: every weekday 4:30pm-5pm
Saturdays 10 – 10:30 am

PROGRAM GOALS:
Learn self-discipline and build confidence
Develop respect for instructors and peers
Improve coordination and agility
Learn basic self defense techniques

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
Beginner and intermediate Jiu jitsu techniques
Coordination-building games, drills and movement exercises
Simplified explanation of core values
Self defense

BELT RANK:
Beginners: White belts up to 3 stripes
Advanced: White belts 3 stripes and up

KIDS JIU JITSU FOR AGES 7-9

Beginners and advanced every weekday 5:10pm-5:55pm
Saturday’s: 10:45-11:30am
